What this form is for
Use this form to request temporary access (28 days for townbelt/40 days for other reserves) to a park or open space. If you don’t provide all the required information, we might not be able to process your application.
Try to schedule your project during the summer, as winter access is limited.
What you'll need to supply
Upload the following documents:
- a site plan
- photos and maps of the area you want to access
- a health and safety plan (activities being undertaken on reserve only)
- any supporting documentation where necessary
