Use this application form if you want to operate as a mobile food vendor at a Wellington City Council event.
Acceptance to a Wellington City Council event means you will need to:
- follow instructions on the day from the food and health inspector, and from event managers
- use Wellington City Council accepted compostable food packaging, provide detailed menus, pricing, and signage for your food truck / caravan
- all food vendors must have a current registration, electrical warrant of fitness (EWOF), fire extinguisher and fire blanket
- be operating a food truck / caravan – no ezi ups permitted.
